Bracks Consulting is headed by Director Amanda Bracks with over 28 years retail experience and 21 years business management and marketing.
Amanda’s passion for sales started off as a 15 year old, working in retail and smashing store targets. Her sales role grew into a health club membership advisor and was quickly promoted to Club Manager at the age of twenty three years old. Amanda grew her first club from 1800 members to 4500 members, personal training from 40 sessions to over 200 sessions per week and turn over to over four million dollars. Since then Amanda has continued to be the growth factor in many other fitness and leisure businesses driving the marketing, sales team, service and retention to continue to replicate her success. These business have included health clubs, aquatic and leisure centres, swim schools, golf clubs, weight loss studios and personal training studios.
Amanda has been the receiver of many awards including Fitness NSW Club Manager of the Year, twice winner of Fitness NSW Club of the Year, Australian Fitness Network Club of the Year and many Small Business Awards. Amanda has also involved herself in helping develop the fitness industry and profile of the industry in Australia by serving as a marketing committee member for Fitness NSW, on the board of Fitness NSW as well as judging the Fitness Industry Awards. She has presented a number of times as the Australian FILEX Convention with some of the world’s leading experts.
Amanda recently opened her own studio and within 12 months she not only was a finalist in the Australian Champion of Champions Small Business Awards but the business also reached its capacity membership within 12 months.
Amanda has been a mentor to thousands of sales people, customer service representatives and businesses owners. Her insights into prospecting, marketing, sales and customer retention will help any business learn to be different and focus on getting key systems implemented to ensure long term success. She has an inspiring and passionate style that is real and leaves the audience with the motivation and the implementation skills to achieve their business objectives. Amanda presents all over the country and internationally at national training days for groups of businesses and franchises, conferences and business events. She has recently presented in New Zealand, India, China and Los Angeles.
